Klarna FAQs
Klarna is a payment provider. When it's offered at checkout, Klarna lets eligible shoppers choose how to pay for their order, including ways to pay over time. Klarna, not Lullipop, provides these payment options.
Klarna sets its own requirements. Under Klarna's terms, you need to be a US resident, at least 18 (or the legal age in your state), and able to receive verification codes by text message. Klarna asks for the details it needs, such as a payment card in your name, when you choose it at checkout.
After you choose Klarna at checkout, Klarna shows the options available for your order. These can include paying in full, paying later, paying in installments, or financing. Which options you see, and their terms, depend on your order and on Klarna's decision. Klarna shows the terms before you confirm.
Klarna decides whether to approve your purchase and which options to offer. Depending on the option, Klarna may review information about you, including your credit history. Klarna explains how this works, including any effect on your credit, in its terms.
Returns are handled by Lullipop under our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. Start a return at lullipop.com/returns.
When an eligible return is refunded, the refund goes back through Klarna and Klarna adjusts what you owe. You can also report the return in your Klarna account, and Klarna may pause your payments while the return is processed.
Klarna payments are processed by Klarna through our payment processor, Stripe. You enter your payment details with Klarna and Stripe, and Lullipop doesn't receive or store your full card details.
