  • unlawful recruitment fees;
  • coercion;
  • physical abuse;
  • retaliation against workers exercising lawful rights.

Working Conditions

Suppliers are expected to comply with applicable laws concerning:

  • workplace safety;
  • working hours;
  • employment practices;
  • discrimination.

Supplier Oversight

As Lullipop develops its responsible-sourcing program, measures may include:

  • supplier questionnaires;

  • audits where appropriate.

We do not state that any particular audit, certification, or supplier-verification procedure is currently conducted unless that procedure is actually in place.

Violations

Credible evidence of serious labor abuses may result in investigation, corrective-action requirements, suspension of purchasing, or termination of a supplier relationship.

Scope

This statement describes Lullipop's responsible-sourcing principles.

It does not represent that Lullipop is presently subject to every modern-slavery or supply-chain transparency reporting statute in every jurisdiction.
