Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: September 30, 2026Last Updated: September 30, 2026

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of the Lullipop & Co. Terms of Use and Terms & Conditions of Sale and applies to orders placed through lullipop.com.

1. Worldwide Shipping

Lullipop offers worldwide shipping to destinations that can lawfully and commercially be served by our carriers and logistics providers.

The availability of shipment to any destination may depend upon:

  • carrier availability;
  • export restrictions;
  • sanctions;
  • customs regulations;
  • import restrictions;
  • transportation limitations;
  • local law;
  • security or safety conditions.

Lullipop may decline or cancel shipment to a country or territory where fulfillment would be unlawful, unavailable, or commercially impracticable.

2. Dispatch Within 72 Hours

Unless a different dispatch period is clearly disclosed before the order is placed, Lullipop intends to dispatch accepted orders within seventy-two (72) hours of order placement.

For purposes of this Policy, “dispatch” or “shipment” means the point at which the merchandise is physically transferred to the applicable carrier or logistics provider for delivery.

The 72-hour commitment concerns dispatch from Lullipop. It does not constitute a representation that the customer will receive the parcel within 72 hours.

Lullipop maintains a reasonable basis for expecting that accepted orders can be dispatched within the advertised period. If Lullipop cannot dispatch an order within that period, it will provide the customer with the delay, cancellation, consent, or refund options required by applicable law.

3. Delay Before Dispatch

If Lullipop determines that an order cannot be shipped within the applicable stated dispatch period, Lullipop will provide any notice and customer options required by law.

Where required, those options may include the right to:

  • consent to a revised shipment date; or
  • cancel the affected order and receive a prompt refund for unshipped merchandise.

Lullipop will not rely on force-majeure language to eliminate statutory rights relating to merchandise that has not yet been shipped.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates shown after dispatch are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Transit time may depend upon:

  • destination;
  • carrier;
  • service level;
  • customs processing;
  • international transit;
  • local delivery networks;
  • public holidays;
  • other conditions outside Lullipop's control.

5. Weekend and Public-Holiday Delivery

Lullipop's couriers generally do not carry out standard deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Accordingly, weekends and applicable public holidays should not be counted as ordinary carrier-delivery days when estimating receipt of a parcel.

The public holidays relevant to a particular shipment may depend upon the carrier, origin country, transit country, and destination country.

6. Tracking

Where tracking is available, Lullipop will provide tracking information after dispatch.

Tracking information is provided by third-party carriers and may occasionally update late or contain temporary inaccuracies.

A carrier's estimated delivery date is not necessarily a guaranteed delivery commitment by Lullipop.

7. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Customers should review the delivery address carefully before submitting an order.

If a customer discovers an error, the customer should immediately contact support@lullipop.com.

Lullipop will make reasonable efforts to assist, but cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

8. Failed Delivery Caused by Customer Information

To the extent permitted by law, a customer may be responsible for reasonable additional costs caused by an inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided address, refusal of delivery, or failure to complete required customs procedures.

9. International Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to destination-country:

  • customs inspection;
  • import duties;
  • VAT;
  • sales taxes;
  • brokerage charges;
  • customs-processing charges;
  • governmental fees.

Unless checkout expressly provides otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs authorities are independent governmental bodies, and Lullipop does not control customs assessments or processing times.

10. Customs Delays

International parcels may be delayed by customs examination or clearance procedures.

Lullipop cannot guarantee the length of customs processing.

A customs delay occurring after timely dispatch does not, by itself, mean that Lullipop failed to comply with its dispatch commitment.

11. Force Majeure and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

After dispatch, delivery may be affected by events beyond Lullipop's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lullipop shall not be liable for delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation:

  • customs processing;
  • customs inspection;
  • postal or courier service interruption;
  • strikes;
  • labor disputes;
  • civil commotion;
  • riot;
  • invasion;
  • war;
  • armed conflict;
  • terrorist attack;
  • threatened terrorist attack;
  • governmental action;
  • embargo;
  • border closure;
  • severe weather;
  • storms;
  • flood;
  • earthquake;
  • hurricane;
  • fire;
  • natural disaster;
  • epidemic;
  • pandemic;
  • quarantine restrictions;
  • interruption of public utilities;
  • interruption or failure of public or private telecommunications networks;
  • transportation network failures;
  • airport closure;
  • port closure; or
  • other comparable events beyond Lullipop's reasonable control.

This provision does not exclude obligations or customer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Lost Parcels

A parcel may be considered lost only after the applicable carrier has completed or reached the applicable stage of its investigation.

Customers should notify Lullipop promptly if tracking indicates a potential delivery failure.

Lullipop may require the customer to cooperate with a carrier investigation.

13. Damaged Parcels

Customers who receive visibly damaged packages should document the condition where reasonably possible and submit the issue through:

lullipop.com/returns

Lullipop may request photographs of:

  • external packaging;
  • internal packaging;
  • shipping label;
  • damaged merchandise.

14. Refused International Parcels

If a customer refuses an international shipment or fails to complete customs procedures, Lullipop may, to the extent permitted by law, deduct reasonable costs actually incurred from any refund, including:

  • outbound shipping;
  • return shipping;
  • customs charges;
  • carrier fees;
  • brokerage charges.

No deduction will be made where prohibited by applicable law.

15. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss will transfer only at the point permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to transfer risk of loss to a consumer earlier than mandatory law permits.
